There are two main party offerings (silver $299 and gold $349). Both options come with:

Your event can happen on any day, any time, anywhere! We bring the party to you, meaning we can park at your house, park, church, or public location! We travel anywhere within zip codes 46142, 46143, and 46106 for free and other cities will incur a $5/mile travel charge. If additional fees are due to reserve your location, we will let you know. The Crafty Cruiser is approximately 30 ft long and supplies its own electricity and water.
You get a 2 hr block of time for the event itself. We will pull up to the party destination approx 30-45 min before the party time to set up. The party host will begin welcoming guests at the party start time and will leave promptly when the time is up. If you pick the GOLD package, you get 2.5hr and can add on additional party time at $100/hr.
Each additional guest: $15 for GOLD - or - $20 for PLATINUM

Outdoor Yard Games (yardzee, Jenga, Cornhole, etc): $25
10ft x 15ft party tent with sides for more guest seating or inclement weather: $50

Location Set Up: Some locations (like parks) may require an additional fee. We will handle the reservation and let you know if there is a cost.
Travel Fee: Anything outside of zip codes 46142, 46143, and 46106 will have a $5/mile additional fee.
YES! You can bring any food, drinks, utensils, paper products, however we ask that decorations are only for table tops. All food serving and eating MUST stay outside of the cruiser during the party. We will provide 3 tables (with tablecloths) and 12 chairs for outside under the awning. You can add on a 10ft x 15ft tent if you need additional space. Absolutely NO decorations can be taped or hung on/in the Cruiser.
At least 2 weeks before the party date, you will need to let us know your party theme. We will send you some designs available off etsy and will have you pick out your top 3 designs. These 3 designs will be pre-printed and ready to go for your guests! During the party, the guests will get to pick their print, their t-shirt size, and shirt color. They will then help us make their shirt using a commercial heat press! No age requirement!
You only pay for the shirts/crafts that are made. We need to know the final number of guests 2 days prior to the party date and the balance will be due at this time. If you have any last minute guests that show up, you can pay for them at the end of the party. If you happen to pay for more than what show, you can pick out additional tees to cover the cost. Please make sure to ask the approximate shirt size when guests RSVP so that we can stock up on those sizes. You can NOT supply your own tees.
We will have a variety of styles, including Bella Canvas, Gildan cotton or moisture wicking polyester. You can NOT supply your own tees. Please make sure to ask your guests their shirt size when they RSVP so that we can be stocked up in the needed sizes. If your guest is unsure of their size, they can change it while at the party.
All parties require a $50 nonrefundable deposit to secure the date. The balance will be due two weeks prior to the party date. Unfortunately there are absolutely no refunds for cancellations due to any circumstance. If you need to reschedule your party, you can do that as long as we know 2 weeks prior to the original party date and have the future date still available. If there is inclement weather, we will only reschedule if there is a storm watch or warning on the original party date.
