I contacted you about a custom order but how will I know I love the finished product? I'm nervous about paying before I see the finished product?We will be in communication with you during the design process. We send multiple sample previews and change things around until you are 100% satisfied. There are no limits to the number of changes or previews we can send. However, once you approve the design and the item has been created, any changes will require a new order.

I placed my order, now what?Your order will be completed within 14 business days. Please note that holidays and weekends are not considered business days. If you need your order before the 14 business days, please email us at bellarosedesignsmore@hotmail.com and we can add on a rush fee of $10 per item, up to $50 max per order. Once your item is finished and packaged up, you will receive an email letting you know that you can come by and pick it up or if you paid for shipping, your tracking number will be included email. All items will be shipped First Class (2-9 day delivery). If you would like priority shipping or a faster delivery option, please email us and we will send you an updated invoice. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged items once handed over to the shipping carrier.

I have tracking for my order but the shipping carrier has delayed it, now what?Unfortunately, we are NOT responsible for any lost items or mistakes made by the post office. We cannot control a package once it has been handed over to the post office. You may contact us and we can try to contact the post office on your behalf.

The shirts I ordered doesn't fit me right. I want a refund or an exchange.Unfortunately, no returns, refunds or exchanges are available on custom items.

I placed my order but no longer need it. Can I cancel it?You may cancel it for an 80% refund. There is a 20% convenience fee.

What is the turn around time after I place my order?All orders will have a 14 business day turn-around time. The 14 days STARTS on the day the order is paid for. Your order might be finished before 14 days, but it may take the whole time. If you need your order guaranteed before the 14 business days, there is a SKIP THE LINE / RUSH ORDER FEE of $10 PER ITEM, up to $50 max. You tell us the date you need your order finished by and we will make sure to have it ready for pickup by the end of that business day. If you are placing a bulk/wholesale order, it will take 3 weeks from the time the order is paid for. If you need it guaranteed before 3 weeks, there is a flat $50 rush fee.

What are the design fees for custom printed fabric items, like a shirt?Design Fees are in addition to the cost of the blank item. $0: You pick a design that I already have. $5: You supply the design EXACTLY how you want it, no color changes or edits. The design must be emailed to bellarosedesignsmore@hotmail.com as a png, with transparent background, and at least 300 dpi. You will receive EXACTLY what you email. So if the emailed image is blurry or pixelated, you will receive a blurry or pixelated print. We will not make any changes. If changes are needed, there will be an additional $10 fee added on. $10: I create the design This Includes: An idea you have in your head that you want created. Something you saw online but do not have the file for. You email a design but it needs edits (ie colors, size, quality, etc). *Please note these fees are per design. Ex: If you get a shirt that is front and back, with a different design on each side, you will need to pay the design fee for each side. If you purchase 5 items with the same design, you only pay the design fee once.

What are the design fees for an engraved item?Design Fees are in addition to the cost of the blank item. $0: Only words/letters/numbers OR a design that I have on display. $25: Turn handwriting into a file format for engraving. This is only charged once regardless of quantity. $25: Turn a photo/image into an engraving. This is only charged once regardless of quantity. VARIABLE: If supplying your own engravable item (piece of wood, Bible, etc), price will be Length + Width x2.

Can I supply my own shirt for printing?Yes, but a design/application fee will need to be paid for. Design/Application Fees if supplying your own Shirt: $15: You pick a design that I already have and I apply it to ONE SIDE to your shirt. $15: You supply the design EXACTLY how you want it, no color changes or edits. Do you offer any discounts?The only discounts we offer are: If you place a bulk/wholesale order of 30+ of the same design. If you purchase a class/event ticket, you’ll receive 5% off during that class/event. No discounts offered during FREE events.

Orders that haven't been picked up....We will email and/or text you once your order is ready for pickup. If you have not picked up your order within 30 days of the notification, we will send you 1 more reminder and then your order will be put back into inventory or discarded on day 32. You will NOT be refunded on any orders that you do not pick up in time. If your items have been returned to inventory or discarded, and you would still like them, you will need to purchase them again.

How Much Does it Cost? How many people can come?There are two main party offerings (silver $299 and gold $349). When & Where can the party be held?Your event can happen on any day, any time, anywhere! We bring the party to you, meaning we can park at your house, park, church, or public location! We travel anywhere within zip codes 46142, 46143, and 46106 for free and other cities will incur a $5/mile travel charge. If additional fees are due to reserve your location, we will let you know. The Crafty Cruiser is approximately 30 ft long and supplies its own electricity and water.

How much time do we get to set up, party, and clean up?You get a 2 hr block of time for the event itself. We will pull up to the party destination approx 30-45 min before the party time to set up. The party host will begin welcoming guests at the party start time and will leave promptly when the time is up. If you pick the GOLD package, you get 2.5hr and can add on additional party time at $100/hr.

What optional add-ons are available?Each additional guest: $15 for GOLD - or - $20 for PLATINUM Make N Take Beaded Pen for each guest: $5 Outdoor Yard Games (yardzee, Jenga, Cornhole, etc): $25 10ft x 15ft party tent with sides for more guest seating or inclement weather: $50 Additional Hour: $100 Vendors like Hair Tinsel, Farm Animals, Cotton Candy: varies Location Set Up: Some locations (like parks) may require an additional fee. We will handle the reservation and let you know if there is a cost. Travel Fee: Anything outside of zip codes 46142, 46143, and 46106 will have a $5/mile additional fee.

How many people are allowed to come?You can have as many guests as you’d like but we only have room for 10 guests at a time inside, and 12 chairs for outside. Parents do not need to stay but you can bring your own chairs/tables if needed for additional seating outside. Food is NOT allowed inside.

Can we have other vendors come, like hair tinsel or farm animals?More than likely, we are able to accommodate additional vendors. If you want additional vendors, please let us know and we will reach out to them and do the planning! If additional fees are due to reserve your location, we will let you know.

Can I supply food and decorations?YES! You can bring any food, drinks, utensils, paper products, however we ask that decorations are only for table tops. All food serving and eating MUST stay outside of the cruiser during the party. We will provide 3 tables (with tablecloths) and 12 chairs for outside under the awning. You can add on a 10ft x 15ft tent if you need additional space. Absolutely NO decorations can be taped or hung on/in the Cruiser.

Custom shirts??? Tell me more!At least 2 weeks before the party date, you will need to let us know your party theme. We will send you some designs available off etsy and will have you pick out your top 3 designs. These 3 designs will be pre-printed and ready to go for your guests! During the party, the guests will get to pick their print, their t-shirt size, and shirt color. They will then help us make their shirt using a commercial heat press! No age requirement!

What If we don't want to do shirts? Is there another option?At this time we are only offering Make N Take T-shirts and paintable magnets. Please reach out if you have a specific idea or special request.

If a guest comes and doesn’t pick out a t-shirt, do I still have to pay for them? Can we add on guests during the party?You only pay for the shirts/crafts that are made. We need to know the final number of guests 2 days prior to the party date and the balance will be due at this time. If you have any last minute guests that show up, you can pay for them at the end of the party. If you happen to pay for more than what show, you can pick out additional tees to cover the cost. Please make sure to ask the approximate shirt size when guests RSVP so that we can stock up on those sizes. You can NOT supply your own tees.

Can I supply my own shirt for printing?No, you cannot supply your own shirts for the Make N Take Parties.

What brand are the shirts?We will have a variety of styles, including Bella Canvas, Gildan cotton or moisture wicking polyester. You can NOT supply your own tees. Please make sure to ask your guests their shirt size when they RSVP so that we can be stocked up in the needed sizes. If your guest is unsure of their size, they can change it while at the party.

Does my Birthday Child get anything special?Not only will they will be the 1st in line to create their tee, they will also get a special gift from us and a waterproof sticker to celebrate their special day! They will pick from the same designs as the guests for their t-shirt.

Is there a fridge or freezer available to use?Yes, inside the Crafty Cruiser there is a small fridge and freezer. However, all eating/serving MUST be done OUTSIDE.

Is there a bathroom and sink available?Yes! Both are available during “warm months.” If the temperature is below 40 degrees, we will not have any water access available.

Is the Crafty Cruiser Handicap Accessible?There are 3 steps leading into the Cruiser and it’s not wide enough inside to accommodate a wheelchair; however, we will have available space outside for guests.

Do you have trashcans, bags, and other cleaning supplies available?Yes, but we will do all the clean up so you can sit back and relax!

What is the cancellation policy?All parties require a $50 nonrefundable deposit to secure the date. The balance will be due two weeks prior to the party date. Unfortunately there are absolutely no refunds for cancellations due to any circumstance. If you need to reschedule your party, you can do that as long as we know 2 weeks prior to the original party date and have the future date still available. If there is inclement weather, we will only reschedule if there is a storm watch or warning on the original party date.

Do you offer any discounts?We do not offer discounts year-round, however we love to donate gift certificates for local events! If you have an event/fundraiser that is needing donations, please let us know!
