Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We try to get our items shipped as quickly as possible.  Please understand that we are a small business and have other responsibilities (ie kids, housework, etc).  All items are handmade and in most cases, not made until ordered.  Most items will be shipped within 14 business days of invoice being paid, unless otherwise noted.  Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days.  If an order is needed prior to 14 business days, a $10 "skip the line" charge PER ITEM (up to $50 max per order) will need to be added to the shopping cart prior to checking out.

Items will be shipped First Class (2-9 day delivery) with a tracking number.  If you would like priority shipping, please notify us and the higher postage rate will be added to your invoice.

We do our best to package each item with care so that it arrives to you in perfect condition.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate on the invoice.  If you have an address change, the order will need to be cancelled immediately and reordered with the correct address.

Please note that we are NOT responsible for any lost items, damages during transit, or mistakes made by the post office.  We cannot control a package once it has been given over to the post office.  Please be aware that mistakes are possible and buyers are at their own risk when purchasing.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are available.

If you decide to cancel your order after paying the invoice, there will be a 20% cancellation fee, due to the fact that almost all items are not made until your order has been submitted.

Unfortunately, NO refunds or rescheduling can be offered for event tickets. If you're unable to attend, please gift your ticket to a friend/family member. Looking forward to seeing you there!

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately.  We will work together to try to rectify the situation.  Please reach out to us personally rather than write negatively on social media.  Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms are open networks and we would like to keep it a positive environment.  We want to make sure our customers are happy and refer others to us.
