Machine Sewing for Beginners

Have you been intimidated to open up that sewing machine and get started making projects? Well fret no more! This Machine Sewing for Beginners class will get you familiar with that machine and sewing in no time! Come and get ready to: 

-Understand the parts & pieces of your sewing machine and how to get the stitches you desire 

-Learn what basic tools & supplies will be helpful as you begin sewing 

-Get a brief introduction to fabric types and what each can be used for 

-Learn how to read & utilize a sewing pattern and take measurements to create either a Planner Bookmark or Coffee Cup Sleeve Be sure to bring your sewing machine, fabric scissors, pins/fabric clips, & thread.
