Wreath Making - Messy Ruffle Method

Amanda from Reyes Wreath Creations is a local artist who sells her beautiful wreaths inside Bella Rose Design and is now going to teach us all her craft! I'm so excited because not only do you get to learn how to make this wreath, but you also get to learn how to make the most perfect bows from the Bow Queen herself !
