When do I get charged?
-If paying quarterly, you will be charged immediately and then on the 25th of November, February, May, and August until your subscription is cancelled. If purchasing for a year, you will be charged immediately and then on the 25th of February yearly.
When do the boxes ship?
-All boxes will be shipped or ready for in-store pickup during the months of September, December, March, & June. You will receive an email when your personal box is finished.
Are there any special perks to being a subscriber?
-YES! You will get to try new items and find your next favorite US-based business to support! When new items are added to our brick & mortar, we will incorporate them into the boxes so you get to try them out first! Plus, Yearly Subscribers receive an extra FREE GIFT in September!
What if I don't like what's in the box?
-These boxes are specially curated with you in mind, however, they are considered Mystery Surprise Boxes. Any item that you don't like can easily be gifted to another female in your life! There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges offered.
What if I need to change my payment or shipping info?
-Easy! You'll log on to your Paywhirl account and be in control of your subscription! Change your shirt size, change your info, or cancel at any time, at your convenience!
